Fiber Optic Splitter
Fiber Optic Splitter is an integrated waveguide optical power distribution device based on a quartz substrate. Like the coaxial cable transmission system, the optical network system also needs to couple, branch and distribute the optical signal, which requires an optical splitter to achieve.

How Does A Fiber Optic Splitter Work?
When an optical signal is transmitted in a single-mode fiber, the light energy cannot be fully concentrated in the core to propagate, and a small amount of light energy is propagated near the fiber cladding. In general, when the cores of two optical fibers are close enough, the optical signal transmitted in one optical fiber can enter the other optical fiber, that is, the optical signal can be redistributed in the two optical fibers, which is exactly The origin of the optical ofc splitter.

Multi-use of Fiber Optic Splitters

01
The first-level optical splitter is placed in the central office computer room, and the second-level optical splitter is placed in the community optical switch box;

02
The first-level optical splitter is placed in the computer room of the community, and the second-level optical splitter is placed in the community optical transfer box;

03
The first-level optical splitter is placed in the optical switch box of the community, and the second-level optical splitter is placed in the corridor.

As a fiber optic products supplier, we will do our best to meet all the needs of customers.
