Hello, everybody! Follow these easy steps to set up email in QuickBooks if you want to streamline your email communication!

1. Upon starting QuickBooks, select "Edit" and then "Preferences."
2. In the left menu, select "Send Forms".
3. Choose between Outlook or Web Mail as your preferred email client.
4. For Web Mail, provide your email address and service provider.
5. Enter your email login information, then click "OK."
6. QuickBooks will confirm the settings. To save, click "OK".
7. To send an email, open a transaction or report, choose what you want to send by clicking "File" "Send Forms," and then click "Send Now."
