The American RSDHope Organization, founded in 1995 by Bob Orsini, Lynne Orsini, and Keith Orsini, aims to support, inform, and educate individuals with CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) and their loved ones. Originating as the Maine RSDS Patient Advocacy Group, it expanded its reach due to the increasing need. CRPS patients themselves, the Orsini family understands the challenges firsthand. Despite personal sacrifices, they've dedicated themselves to helping others. Keith Orsini, living with CRPS since 1974, spearheaded the initiative. The organization provides vital information, connecting patients, caregivers, and medical professionals worldwide. Sadly, they've faced losses, with Keith's father passing away in 2004 and his sister in 2012. Yet, their legacy endures through Keith, his mother Lynne, and his wife Anjanette. The organization isn't a substitute for medical professionals but serves as a valuable resource for those affected by CRPS.
