Look more into the search engines to find the conflict case if there exists. Step forward to visit the property personally. Once I handled a case in which a person was facing a problem that his house is haunted and someone has sold out and left the country. Now who is going to live in that house? Obviously no one can live there so it was a big issue for them. Satisfy yourself as there is no such case like this. Also look for the availability of the household use things around. Look for the parks and playgrounds too.

For having good information about the real price of the property, you have to visit the county officer. A county officer is a person having all the details about the properties being sold or purchased in the city. Ask him about the actual value of the property and the taxes to be paid on it when the other customer is going to buy it. This will increase your knowledge as well as your reputation as you take good care of your customer and provide them good stuff to purchase.
