This launcher was modified in 2020 to utilize primarily an artificial Java Native Interface to communicate to Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. This 32bit Launcher was also portable to arm64 and x86_64 shortly after it was released on the Google Play Store.

Prebuilt AppImage binary's for Linux the x86_64, x86, hardfloat and armv8 are available here. After downloading simply open terminal, chmod +x Minecraft_Bedrock_Launcher-x86_64.0.0.661.AppImage and run it. With certain Filemanagers you will be able to launch it with a double click similar to running an *.exe file on Windows. Otherwise run it from a Terminal ./Minecraft_Bedrock_Launcher-x86_64.0.0.661.AppImage



If this is your first time installing an AppImage, you will need an Icon in your Startmenu



- install AppImageLauncher Run the AppImage like before - AppImageLauncher will ask you to integrate it, click yes. You will be able to start and update the Launcher right from your startmenu
