Pastor and faith healer, writer, and TV host, Chris Oyakhilome is known to his fans as Pastor Chris, is the president and founder of LoveWorld Incorporated, also known as Christ Embassy, based in Lagos, Nigeria. His unique way of telling God's Word inspired millions around the globe.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a faith-based family and loving parents who were devoted to their children. He is the eldest child of elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was a founder of Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of Oyakhilome families. She passed on her divine grace onto her son from an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry encompasses the entire family. Reverend Ken, his brother, is the beloved minister of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church and a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM), where numerous gospel artists are among the top-selling in the world.

Pastor Chris is the father of two daughters: Carissa Sharon (Charlene) and Chris. Carissa Sharon has chosen to follow her father's example of sharing the Gospel of God with the world and is also called CSO, she is a gifted gospel artist, award-winning and a an active member of the LoveWorld Music and Arts family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome went to Edo College and was awarded an award from Bendel State University to study architecture. He is also an honorary doctorate of divinity from Benson Idahosa University. The Man of God created what would eventually become one of the biggest church congregations in the world when He was still at university, with the small group of prayer known as "Youth for Christ," that eventually grew into one of one of the most well-known groups of its kind on campus. Pastor Chris directed the LoveWorld ministry to become the pioneer of satellite television and Christian television programming and production. LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television channel to broadcast 24 hours a day from Africa through free-to-air channels. There are currently LoveWorld television stations available across cable and satellite networks around the world.

Christ Embassy is present in Pastor Chris's native Nigeria as well as South Africa. It also has strong representations in the United Kingdom, Canada, United States, and South Africa. The ministry also runs two Healing School located in South Africa, Canada and the US, where Pastor Chris runs sessions throughout the year, where miracles can be achieved.
