How to keep current with music from your native country even if it's been 10 years since you left.

What's your story? I am an 18-year-old Russki man who came to America to seek better things in life. I was poor in Russia and never had any money. My family, not me in general. As a young adult in Russia the money wasn't an option. We had to find ways to earn money. There are a lot of schemes that look similar to alcoholics asking their neighbors for money for their shared vodka bottles. Similar to the above the idea of looking for ways to make quick cash and even buy a loaf of bread. We were always hungry..

So, I came to America. But it isn't anywhere like New York or Brooklyn or Brighton Beach. The place reminds me of my home. It's noisy and dirty the people are rude and full of Russian speech. I spent a lot of money in Russia, mostly for Russian restaurants and book and music shops.

I am a huge fan of music, just as I like reading books. Today, you can read Russian literature online, which has been the norm in recent years. So I stopped buying hard copies books. My wife, who's a hoarder, doesn't have much space in her house and I try to stay clear of buying unnecessary stuff. Books in stacks looks smart first few months, afterwards they just looked sad until I put them in garage, which has enough space for my things..

However, music is a different thing. My job requires lots of driving, which is why I am constantly listening to music. Being a Russian native, I haven't been able to enjoy any of the new music that I have heard in the USA. I'm not a fanof hip hop or rap. Also, all the modern stuff that kids like to dance to.. I love the old Russian music, and also the jail type songs which are unique to the Russian music culture. They're still popular after 20 years I've been away, and they are not on CDs, but rather cassettes in cars, and YouTube videos. It's true that everything is on Youtube these days. This means I can sit for hours on Youtube , listening to music when I'm working or when I get home after work.

I have a good playlist of 300 songs that I enjoy. Because I have this treasure that I have, I am able to easily be accustomed to listening to music. 300 songs is quite a lot. But when I need to hear the songs in my car, I don't have any Internet to spare. I need it for driving or for navigation.youtube video downloader Therefore, I prepare at home. Now that I am at the top of the list, I record a few songs on Youtube and convert them to mp3 files. After that, I burn the mp3s onto CD with my laptop. I then take the CD to my car and listen to it in the. You can also use an Youtube playlist to print out the songs. Each song is converted to MP3 and stored on my computer. You can then convert the mp3 file to an audio disc. Sometimes, I'm a mess and just make data CD. It doesn't work on the old stereo in my car. But the audio can be recorded. It's amazing to see how technology operates. I don't have to connect to the internet or any other gadgets to play MP3. I just insert CDs into the stereo, and I can hear Russian music blasting in Manhattan.

It's cheap and easy to save videos from Youtube as MP3 files. Then you can download them to your Smartphone. A friend of mine connected his iPhone to his car stereo, and in a matter of minutes it was playing high quality sound. Also, he was able to stream Pandora radio and Spotify and it's not even requiring a lot of Internet to stream this. I'm thinking this could be the next thing I'll test. However, I'll be careful when using free wifi.
