If you perform a search and receive a message stating "No matches found," or search results are also incomplete because items are still indexed and your Outlook Search not working. To repair it, first open Outlook. Then, select the "Search Tools" and "Indexing Status." you must see a message stating, "Outlook has finished indexing all of your items. 0 items remaining to be indexed." If there are items to be indexed remaining, wait five minutes and check out again.
