The Minecraft Reality application for iOS devices tracks the living world around you, and then places your Minecraft creations directly into it, allowing them to be scaled and in stunning, augmented 3D. The video above does a better job of explaining how this happens than we can with a few flimsy words.
Minecraft Reality is developed by 13th Lab, with the approval of Minecraft developer Mojang. Minecraft Reality allows you not only to view your Minecraft creations, but also allows you to save them to specific locations so that others can view them at their leisure. The app costs at just $2 on the App Store and is universal, although optimized for iPhone 5.
We anticipate seeing many blocky Gundams and Pokemon characters in our real-world spaces in the near future. We are so familiar with you.
