South Korean game company NCSoft announced that Lineage W, its latest cross-platform MMORPG will be launched globally on November 4, 2021 in the first regions, which include Russia, South Korea, South Korea, Japan, Russia and the Middle East.wow dad In the following years, Lineage W will expand its service areas to North America, South America, and Europe. The pre-registration process for Lineage W began two months ago and continues on the official website, Google Play and Apple App Store. Pre-registered players have the option to reserve their preferred characters' names on the game's website.
Lineage W is a sequel of Lineage 1, an MMORPG which was released in 1998, with 2D isometric overhead graphics. The story takes place 150 years following the events of Lineage. Lineage W is essentially identical to the original game but it has full 3D graphics (developed with Unreal Engine 4) as well as a full-view camera.
It also incorporates the dark fantasy theme, cell/grid system for combat and a battle system that has enhanced strike feedback, immersive storylines, and enhanced content for alliances and pledges. The information about the four classes, which include Monarch, Knight, Elf, and Mage, was revealed on the website of the game.
Lineage W also features an "global battle community." International players can join forces and battle on one battleground (server). It also supports 'AI Translation' which allows players to communicate in real-time between players who speak different languages. Additionally, there is a 'Voiceto-text' feature that converts speech into text.
According to the game's 2nd showcase event, Lineage W's initial content will feature diverse content such as magic dolls that look even more adorable as well as a dice game tax wagon convoy missions, treasure hunts in teleports, and collection events.
Moreover, the company said that it would not be launching monthly subscription services like Einhasad's Blessing and other XP-related systems. Einhasad's Blessing is an in-game purchase which increases the rate of acquisition of Adena (the game money) and experience points and other items that can be traded. Other systems, including guard stars, symbols, and spirit engraving, won't be included in the Lineage W.
It also states that it would support a player to-player trading system. Players can trade the things they want, or sell to and buy from each other on a 24/7 basis. Private trading fees have been significantly reduced by NCSoft. The trade market will be accessible.
Lineage W will be released on November 4 2021. It will be released first to Android, iOS, and PC platforms. It is also scheduled to launch for the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch in 2022.
