How to Resolve the Canon Printer Offline Error

There are several effective solutions for resolving the Canon Printer Offline Issue. This blog discusses all of the various solutions. As a result, go through the steps one by one and try to solve the problem on your own. Take a look at the steps that work:

Step 1: Reconnect your printer to the internet through Wi-Fi.

Start with some fundamentals before moving on to something else. As a result, reconnect your printer to the internet via wifi.

To disconnect the router from your printer, first 'Forget' it.

After that, connect it to your printer. If you're using a USB cable, make sure to connect both devices with it.

Open the WiFi Wizard Setup window on your touch screen printer and connect through it if you prefer to connect your wireless printer wirelessly with the internet router.

Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your printer until the Wi-Fi light blinks.

When you're sure, and your printer's blue light starts blinking, go to your wifi router and push the WPS button.

These procedures will re-connect your printer to the internet via Wifi.

Step 2: On your PC, disable the "Use Printer Offline" option:

Then, in the search bar, type "Control Panel" after clicking the "Start" button.

Then, from the list of sub-categories available, choose "Hardware and Sound."

On the pop-up window, select "Devices and Printers."

"See what's printing" can be found by right-clicking on your Canon printer and selecting "See what's printed."

By selecting "Printer" from the drop-down menu in the top-left corner of the screen.

Make sure the "Use printer offline" option is unchecked. Remove the check mark and save the changes if it is checked.

After you've made the necessary adjustments, click "Cancel all documents" and reconnect your Canon printer.

If you're still having trouble getting your Canon printer to work, try the next technique.

Step 3: Restart the spooler service for your printer.

All print jobs that are sent to the printer are managed by Printer Spooler. Restart the Spooler service to see whether the Canon printer issue is resolved.

At the same time, press the Windows key + R.

This will bring up the Run box, where you should type services.msc and hit Enter.

You'll notice a list of Windows services in the 'Services' pane. Press P until Printer Spooler is highlighted when you click on any service.

Select Properties from the drop-down menu when you right-click on the Printer Spooler.
