You can completely transfer your chats and messages that you have shared with your contact on WhatsApp to your telegram

In WhatsApp, click on the "⋮" icon.
Click on More.
Click on Export.
Here you can choose whether you want to transfer all the files or just the messages.
Click on the share icon and select Telegram.
In the Telegram conversation list, select the desired contact or search for the name of a person or group.
Confirm the import of your messages by selecting the Import option.
On the next screen you just have to click on the Done option to finish the operation.
