See if the content was removed by the person who posted it, it might happen that the person may have deleted or archived the post which is why you are unable to view it.
It might happen that Facebook itself is down at the moment which is why you are unable to view any of your friend’s posts or even your posts either.
Make sure that the person’s content you are trying to view has their ID activated at the moment, it might happen sometime that the person has deactivated their ID, making you unable to view their content.
