Rohan Murty, in the article underscores how advancement in technology can aid enterprises in understanding and improving the employee experience. At the heart of this vision are ‘work graphs’—maps that are a connected sequence of steps that teams execute to get work done.

Though many of our readers will already be aware of this topic and the severity of it, we present Soroco’s response with its engineering team on the Log4j vulnerability. In this post we will describe how we learned of the vulnerability and provided rapid response to it within 24 hours and patched it across our production environments.
Impacting Front-Line Experience in the New Era of Digital Transformation

The last two years of Digital Transformation have been unlike any other in the past twenty years. Since the dot com boom there has not been so much pressure on companies to change their business models to focus heavily on virtual and customer experiences, and to transform the employee experience. The impact on “frontline teams”, where employees meet the customer, mediated by technology – has been profound.
Soroco is on a mission to discover how the world works to help teams be their best. To do this we are evangelizing and commercializing a new technology category called Work Graph, which is a structured view of how teams get work done across people, process, technology, and documents. The ‘work graph’ unifies disjoint categories like Process Mining, Task Mining, user training, BPM, and RPA to provide a single source of truth. Teams can use the work graph to identify and resolve sources of friction at work, such as technology impediments, poor process design, opportunities for learning and collaboration, among others. Soroco’s work graph platform, Scout, enables a culture of continuous improvement and identifies benefits from applying a portfolio of change levers, delivering targeted change programs at scale.
