AIIMS Patna is a medical institution dedicated towards providing you the best technologically advanced high quality treatment in Bihar. In addition to its exceptional facilities, the hospital has a separate AYUSH and PMR building, an OPD block, IPD block, Trauma and Emergency block, and Trauma and Emergency unit. AIIMS Patna houses multiple departments such as Anesthesiology, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Burns and Plastic Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Neurology, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Cardiology, and many others. The campus of the institute extends over 34 acres of state-of-the-art infrastructure. Currently, AIIMS Patna has 820 beds, 28 functional modular operating theatres, 12 functional super-specialties, and 18 functional specialties in addition to a 30,000 kilogram capacity oxygen tank on its campus. The AIIMS Patna is a residential academic medical center offering undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs within several medical departments.
