Scattered spreadsheets, chaotic audition files, endless email threads - casting directors were drowning in an administrative morass that devoured valuable time, leaving little room for the true artistry of casting – the human connections, the sharp eye for talent, and the instinct for matching the perfect person to the perfect role. Existing tools were simply way to complicated or way to limited and badly maintained without active development.
