Prices are only guaranteed until the full cost of the booking has been billed. Providing a deposit does not guarantee that the sum listed will be paid. A deposit assures your booking/session, but the quoted rates can be changed if you do not get the right payout before the payment date. Air fares and services (as well as all online bookings) must be charged in full at the time of reservation. All details and sale rates on our website are in USD, any other processing costs (such as credit and debit card surcharges) that might occur will be included in the cost report after the payment alternative has been chosen.
