Starting her career in 1998 at Comcast Cable, Carleesha excelled in various leadership roles, ranging from Manager of Ops Support/Dispatch &amp; MIS to Director of Business Operations, Business Services. Her tenure at Comcast was marked by profound operational improvements and strategic team leadership, significantly enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. <br> <br>In 2017, Carleesha joined Blue Stream, formerly Advanced Cable Communications, as the Vice President of Operations, where her strategic oversight was instrumental in scaling operations and elevating company performance. Her leadership helped drive company revenue from $40 million to $400 million, culminating in a successful sale of the company in June 2020. <br> <br>Carleesha’s academic background includes a decade-long tenure at Florida Atlantic University, where she majored in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
