Founding Partner Fan Chen co-established Nguyen & Chen, LLP in 2011, with its headquarters located in Houston, Texas. Mr. Chen and his team transitioned to MPLG in 2022, bringing with them the professionalism, expertise, and premium services to which our clients are accustomed. In the United States, MPLG, continues to service corporate and litigation clients in many states, including but not limited to Texas, California, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Michigan and Indiana. MPLG’s also remains strongly committed to servicing its clients through its offices and teams in Beijing, Shanghai, and Ho Chi Minh City.
