AZ Overland Blueprint. Established in 1987 by Jean & Charlie, Arizona Overland Express was a delivery/messenger service for Architects, Engineers, & Contractors. From the beginning, our clientele insisted that we provide blueprinting services as well; so, Arizona Overland Blueprint was established to accommodate. Recognizing that the digital age was rapidly approaching, in 2003 we became an Authorized Dealer for the largest manufacturer of wide-format scanners.
