Social distancing tips led to in response to the pandemic made the conventional operation of a simulation centre with restricted flooring area inconceivable. To proceed offering training to a larger number of candidates, strategies for recreating the simulation experience with remote candidates have been devised and explored:
A: Conversational avatar over Zoom.
Utilizing streaming software program, our pre-existing conversational avatar is introduced on a Zoom name for conversational simulation with remote candidates.
