Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.easyfie.com website (the "Service") operated by EASYFIE ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. The Terms and Conditions agreement for EASYFIE has been created with the help of Terms and Conditions Generator.

 

Account Terms

•  You must be 18 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use this Service.

•  To access and use the Services, you must register for an Easyfie account (“Account”) by providing your full legal name, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. Easyfie may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in their sole discretion.

•  You acknowledge that Easyfie will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.

•  You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Easyfie cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.

•  You are responsible for all activity and content such as data, graphics, photos and links that are uploaded under your Easyfie Account (“Store Content”). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

•  A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Service as determined in the sole discretion of Easyfie will result in an immediate termination of your services.

 

Account Activation

•  Subject to section 2.2, the person signing up for the Service will be the contracting party (“Account Owner”) for the purposes of our Terms of Service and will be the person who is authorized to use any corresponding account we may provide to the Account Owner in connection with the Service.

•  If you are signing up for the Service on behalf of your employer, your employer shall be the Account Owner. If you are signing up for the Service on behalf of your employer, then you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to our Terms of Service

 

General Conditions

·     You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy before you may become a member of Easyfie.

·     Technical support is only provided to paying Account holders and is only available via email.

·     The Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh with respect to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Service. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to these Terms of Service and is hereby expressly excluded.

·     You acknowledge and agree that Easyfie may amend these Terms of Service at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms of Service on Easyfie website, and such amendments to the Terms of Service are effective as of the date of posting. Your continued use of the Services after the amended Terms of Service are posted to Easyfie website constitutes your agreement to, and acceptance of, the amended Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any changes to the Terms of Service, do not continue to use the Service.

·     You may not use the Easyfie service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) as well as the laws of Bangladesh.

·     You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Easyfie.

·     You shall not purchase search engine or other pay per click keywords (such as Google AdWords), or domain names that use Easyfie or Easyfie trademarks and/or variations and misspellings thereof

·     You understand that your Store Content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit Card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

·     You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service, including information transmitted to or stored by Easyfie, is governed by its privacy policy

·     Links to Other Web Sites

·     Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by EASYFIE.

·     EASYFIE has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that EASYFIE shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

·     We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

·     We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

·     All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

·     We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

·     Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

·     All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

·     Governing Law

·     These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

·     Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
