SagePoint IOP is an evidence-based and therapeutic treatment program designed to treat adults 18+ with a substance use disorder or addiction. Our multidisciplinary team of therapists, pharmacists, nurses, and social workers offers an integrated approach to treating individuals with abusive alcohol or drugs in the family, which can increase the risk for individuals accessing this service.
