Career Profile

Sara Sindija is the COO and CFO of the Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program. She attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and University of California, Berkeley. Sara has over a decade of experience building development, operations and finance capacity within the nonprofit sector. Most recently Sara served as the interim CO-CEO ( previously Chief Financial and Operating Officer) of the Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program, a workforce development organization that trains justice impacted people for careers in the fire sector. Her background includes policy research and advocacy for more equitable sentencing laws.
