Shyam Maheshwari, an Indian entrepreneur and Chartered Accountant, is the founder of Singapore-based asset management company Nextinfinity Management Pte. Ltd. <br> <br>Originally from Katihar, Bihar, he pursued an MBA in Finance at IIM Bangalore and participated in an exchange program at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany. <br> <br>In 1999, Shyam joined Lehman Brothers Inc., working in Tokyo and Hong Kong, ultimately becoming Senior Vice President. <br> <br>He co-founded SSG Capital Management (Hong Kong) Limited in January 2009 and served as a partner until June 2014. He also served as a director at COFCO Capital Holdings from 2009 to 2010. From July 2014 to July 2020, he was a partner at SSG Capital Management (Singapore) Pte. <br> <br>Ltd. Later, he became a partner at Ares SSG in the capital market sector from July 2020 to December 2021. In January 2022, Shyam Maheshwari founded Nextinfinity Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
