Roger Wilson is an Irish former rugby union player. After retiring in 2017, he became head coach of Instonians rugby club in Belfast. He later moved to Dallas, Texas. Wilson set up Tacklesmart, a coaching company teaching rugby tackling techniques to American football players. <br>Tackle smart sports is a leading Tackle &amp; Flag football academy in Dallas, Texas.
