Our extra virgin olive oil is sourced from the Zgharta region of North Lebanon, abundant in natural sun and nourishing rainfall. We cold press early harvest mono-varietal Ayrouni olives in order to create a premium extra virgin olive oil that is rich in flavor and healthy polyphenols. A fruity, full-bodied, mid-intensity olive oil that is green with herbaceous hints of fruit and grass, best used for cooking, roasting, and grilling.
