The 200-hour Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga TTC (Teacher Training Course) is a foundational yoga training programme that emphasises the finer points and intricacies of theory and practise. This course aims to give students a thorough education in the Ashtanga style of yoga along with the necessary notes to enable them to become effective yoga instructors and teachers. Due of this, Sri Yoga Ashram only allows 10 to 12 students each course.
