What exactly is the IPM Aptitude Test?

The Indian Institute of Management Rohtak conducts the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPM Aptitude Test or IPMAT) (IIM Rohtak). The test is for admission to IIM Rohtak's five-year integrated management programme. The IPM Aptitude Test will be administered in a computer-based format (CBT). Campaigners who successfully complete the course will receive an MBA degree, but those who opt to drop out after three attempts will only receive a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Candidates who pass the IPM Aptitude Test will be summoned for a second round of admissions, which will involve a Written Capability Test (WAT) and a personal interview (PI).

For the first time, a management institute with the status of an IIM is offering a course to students who have finished their advanced secondary exams. This programme at IIM Indore aims to generate competent operations professionals, change agents, and great leaders. Eligibility Criteria for the IPM Aptitude Test in 2022:

The following are the eligibility requirements for the IPM Aptitude Test 2022:

1.     For General, NC- OBC, and EWS orders, the aspirant must have a total of 60 in Class 10 or SSC and Class 12 or HSC or original examinations.

2.     For SC, ST, and PWD orders, the seeker must have a total of 55 in Class 10 or SSC and Class 12 or HSC or original examinations.

3.     Candidates in the final year of the Class 12 standard are also eligible. Similar campaigns will be given provisional entry.

4.     As of July 31, 2022, campaigners must be at least 20 years old.

There are 60 questions in the 90 seconds online Aptitude test. The test is divided into three sections: quantitative capability (MCQ) (20 questions), quantitative capability (SA) (10 questions), and verbal capability (30 questions). Each correct answer receives four points, while each erroneous response receives one point.
