Any sexual engagement with a kid for which consent is not or cannot be provided is considered child sexual abuse. This includes all sexual contact between an adult and a kid, regardless of whether there is deceit or the child understands the sexual nature of the activity, and all sexual contact between an adult and a child, regardless of whether the child understands the sexual nature of the activity. If there is a large discrepancy in age, development, or size, sexual contact between an older and a younger child might be harmful if the younger child is incapable of giving informed permission.
