Respected Sir,

I, Anthony Smith, am writing this letter to request you for time extension for submitting my documents for admission in your esteemed university.

I have applied for the course of Bachelors in Commerce with your university and my application has been approved. To complete the process of admission, I am required to submit my original documents with the university by July 1st, 2022.

I am writing this letter to allow me an extension of three days because there has been some unforeseen delay at the end of the courier company with which I have sent my documents to the university. I am in constant touch with the courier company and they have reassured me that my documents will reach the university latest by July 4th, 2022.

I hope you will understand my situation and will consider it by granting me an extension of three days.
