All Digital Update

The Texarkana, Texas All-Digital Update is underway. The process is divided into four phases: introduction of the new channel lineup, deployment of new all-digital devices, turn-off of analog channels, and addition of new channels. These changes will have a minimal impact on local television users. The first phase is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The second phase will take place a year later.
