A massage can be described as any bodywork that works on various parts of the body. It is the most popular body therapy in India. It is believed to possess healing properties. Today Marma is utilized in many countries as a therapeutic and food treatment. It should be applied with circular movements from the head to the feet to be effective. Marma should be a part of your diet, particularly when you suffer from any health issues.

In Shirodhara massage the masseuse typically begins the session by applying warm oil, such as olive oil, on the shiatsu point.
