All Digital Update

An All Digital Update is an ongoing process in Texarkana, Texas. This project includes four phases: the introduction of a new channel lineup, the deployment of new all digital devices, the turn off of analog channels, and the addition of new channels. During the all-digital upgrade, residents will experience a few growing pains. However, this is much less disruptive than a digital transformation, which will have far more negative impacts than positives.
