An easy manner I've discovered to let my associates connect to my Minecraft server, which is working alone machine is to use a free device called ngrok to expose my server to the web.
1) Obtain ngrok from http://www.ngrok.com.Just another site 'll need to signup for a free account as properly, and observe their setup directions.
2) Start your Minecraft server
3) To share your native Minecraft server, run the next in a terminal:
4) It will display some information, with a line like the following:
Write down the quantity that's the place the XXXXX is above.
5) Your server is now accessible on the internet! However how do your friends connect with it?
6) Inform your mates to start out Minecraft, then
- click "Multiplayer"
- click on "Direct Join"

ngrok.com:XXXXX
7) They should now be connected to your Minecraft server!
TROUBLESHOOTING: Note - if it would not work, then instead of "Direct Connect", add it as a server by choosing "Add Server", then provide ngrok.com:XXXXX. Then just connect with the server that manner instead!
