Microsoft Teases The New Xbox Game With Popular Developer Hideo Kujima

Microsoft announced that it has partnered with famed game maker Hideo Kojima.Mycms.orgis the director of popular games like Metal Gear Solid and Death Stranding for the Xbox video game console. Kojima made the announcement in a voice message, but did not offer any information about the game's name or when it's expected to be launched.

"It could take a bit of time," Kojima said through a translator during the announcement. The well-known developer and head of Kojima Productions is known for making sure that he makes high-quality games, which sometimes can take many years. Kojima suggested that Microsoft's cloud gaming technology could be a key element of the title, stating that it was a game he "always wanted" to develop.

Microsoft's announcement was part of its annual summer announcement event, which included the unveiling of the brand new action game Minecraft Legends and the space adventure title Starfield which will be released in the coming year. Microsoft also announced details about upcoming titles like Overwatch 2, Activision Blizzards online battle game, and Diablo 4, its next big dungeon-based horror game.

Kojima's team also works on a sequel to its popular PlayStation game, Death Stranding.
