Placement around the garden may not qualify as a high-intensity workout, but you can incorporate strength training into your garden tasks to increase intensity. Do mini-squats and engage your core as you stretch through the grass. Stop digging and do some lunges. You can even stop by mowing the grass to practice your triceps.
