Aerial Yoga Teacher Training
Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is a new combination of yoga and aerial circus arts that uses a silk hammock as a prop to help the student submit during classic postures that are difficult to perform due to lack of flexibility or strength, physical injuries, or emotional dread. This session is a unique and enjoyable method to broaden your yoga knowledge.
