The casting process of bucket teeth

We all know that all investment castings involve many manufacturing procedures. JCcasting bucket teeth adopt investment casting technology, also known as lost wax casting, including wax mold injection, tree assembly, shelling, dewaxing, metal casting and other post-processing. The biggest advantage of investment casting is that it can obtain high dimensional accuracy, good surface finish, and can cast all alloy complex shapes.

The following is the casting process of bucket teeth in each process of our factory:

Step 1: Design bucket teeth of different appearances and sizes according to market demand.

Step 2. Equipped with a full set of mold processing equipment and a professional technical team, we can process various investment castings, including bucket teeth.

Step 3. Wax mold making is the first step in casting bucket teeth. Wax molds are used to form the cavity of the refractory shell. Therefore, to obtain high-quality bucket teeth with high dimensional accuracy and surface finish, the wax mold itself should have such high precision and surface finish. But how to get a qualified wax model? In addition to the designed mold, we also need to choose good wax material and proper wax mold process. The advantages of JCcasting wax models are low melting point, good surface finish and size, high strength and light weight.

Step 4. Tree assembly is the process of attaching the wax mold of the bucket teeth to the sprue gate system.

Step 5. The main process of shell building includes: 1. De-oiling of tree components - To improve the coating wetting ability, we need to remove the surface oil of the wax model.

b. Dip the tree assembly in the ceramic coating and sandblast the surface.

C. Dry and harden the ceramic pieces. Each coating of ceramic flakes needs to be dried and hardened.

d. After the ceramic shell is fully hardened, we need to remove the wax pattern from the shell, a process called dewaxing. According to the different heating methods, there are many dewaxing methods, most of which use the same pressure steam method.

Step 6. Pouring the metallic liquid alloy to fill the cavity of the housing.

The seventh step, cleaning of casting bucket teeth, including shelling, gate section, attached refractory and cleaning after heat treatment, such as oxide skin.

Step 8. After heat treatment, the structure of bucket teeth is uniform, the wear resistance is greatly improved, and the service life is doubled.

Step 9. Through a comprehensive inspection of the material and mechanical properties of the bucket teeth, it can effectively prevent unqualified products from being marketed.

Step 10. Paint in yellow, black, green, etc. to suit different brands and machines.

Step 11. Pack the bucket teeth into a standard wooden box to prevent damage and deliver to our customers.
