The hammer head is an important part when the crusher breaks down, so it is easy to damage it. Regular checks are required. If there is strong wear, the hammer head should be replaced in time so as not to affect the crushing effect. So, how to replace the hammer head with a crusher? The following bulk crusher parts refer to crusher manufacturers.

1. Before maintenance, clean the materials at the entrance of the crusher, fix the rotor disk of the device in a suitable position, cut off the hammer head fixing screws, and cut off the protrusions on both sides of the hammer head due to wear. Hit the pin with a good hammer, and if the pin is bent and cannot be removed, cut it off.

2. Raise the new hammer head up to the machine fitting. When hitting the hammer with a pipe or crowbar, hold the hammer firmly so that it does not injure people. Connect the tube from the grate to the grinder rotor and two people will hold the hammer to set it in place. Please note that the hammer head is pointing down to prevent the hammer head from rotating downward and hurting people. Another person assembles the stop bushings, pins and bolts.

3. When changing the hammer, the weight of the hammer head should be checked one by one to ensure that the rotor is as balanced as possible. After installation, it should be rotated to check. After assembling the hammer head of the crusher, all bolts should be fixed by spot welding, the rotor housing should be moved, the gap between the hammer head and the sieve plate should be observed, if necessary, adjust the sieve plate.

After replacing the crusher with a new hammer, all aspects of inspection work must be done to ensure that there are no problems with the installation, and various debugging work must be done before he can use it.
