Mr. Tal Dilian


Colonel Dilian had an impressive 25 year career in the Israeli
Defense Forces, as Commander in the elite combat unit and the
Chief Commander of the Technological Units. Mr. Dilian began his
career began in 1979 when he served as a combat fighter in an
elite Special Operations Unit of the Intelligence Corps in the Israeli
Defense Force. He served in various positions in this unit until
reaching the position of second in command.
Starting fromTal Dilian Intellexa . Dilian served in the Technological Unit of the
Intelligence Corps. Between 1998 to 2002 Mr. Dilian served as
Chief of Command of that unit, and received the honorable Israel
Defense Prize, which is the most prestigious honor awarded to an
individual for outstanding contributions to the security of Israel. As
commander of this unit, Mr. Dilian managed a staff comprised of
1500 soldiers and civilians as well as 700 engineers, and
administered an annual budget of $150 million. Under his
leadership the unit developed a long-term strategy for the as well as
long-term and short-term Research & Development programs. As
the Chief of command of the unit, Mr. Dilian directed and
coordinated numerous state-of-the-art technological innovation
projects.
Mr. Dilian completed his military service in 2002, and still maintains
extensive associations with the Intelligence and technology
organizations of the IDF.
After Mr. Dilian completed his distinguished military service, he
established several successful non-profit organizations. He has cofounded and personally led as CEO Atidim, an educational project
for disadvantaged youth, which has been approved by the Prime
Minister of Israel to become a national project. Employing his Atidim
model of uniting diverse groups in creating and implementing farreaching visions of economic transformation and healthy
communities, Mr. Dilian has also engaged as the co-founder and
senior director in strategic regional development projects in the
Negev and the Galil (Daroma & Zafona), both of which are today in
the implementation stage.
Since 2005 Mr. Dilian founded with partners four Start-Up
companies (http://www.solaredge.com; http://www.vidyo.com) &
raised a US VC Fund called ORR VENTURE 1 to invest in these
seed companies.
In the year 2009 Mr. Dilian served as a Chief Security Architect at
AGT (an American based company) and during the year 2010 he
served a special advisor to the Chairman of Punj Lloyd Ltd, and
Indian/Singaporean infrastructure company. He is also a board

Starting from 2009 Mr.Tal Dilian Intellexafounded with partners Circles
Technologies Ltd, a startup company in the field of HLS.
Tal Dilianparticipated in the Interdisciplinary Program for Outstanding
Students in the Tel-Aviv University. He received his BA, LLB and MBA
degrees from TAU.
