Solution 1: Verifying the login details.
With the error message, you will see a link to verify your credentials, go to the link.
Enter the login details on the bank’s website which is opened.
Manually enter the username and password.
Logout of the bank website.
Open Quickbooks.
On the banking page, enter the same login details which you provided.
Now, click update.
Solution 2: Editing bank info.
Select the pencil icon on the account action tab.
Click on edit info.
Click on the hyperlink of the bank’s website.
Click on confirming to check the account summary.
Solution 3: Adding an account in the Quickbooks.
Reach the transaction tab.
Select Add account.
Enter the bank name and search.
Click on New connection with a different login under your bank name.
Sign in to the bank website.
Proceed to relate the bank account with the Quickbooks account.
Click connect.
