Solution 1: Verifying the login details. 

  • With the error message, you will see a link to verify your credentials, go to the link.

  • Enter the login details on the bank’s website which is opened. 

  • Manually enter the username and password.

  • Logout of the bank website. 

  • Open Quickbooks.

  • On the banking page, enter the same login details which you provided. 

  • Now, click update. 



Solution 2: Editing bank info. 

  • Select the pencil icon on the account action tab. 

  • Click on edit info.

  • Click on the hyperlink of the bank’s website.

  • Click on confirming to check the account summary.




Solution 3: Adding an account in the Quickbooks.

  • Reach the transaction tab.

  • Select Add account. 

  • Enter the bank name and search. 

  • Click on New connection with a different login under your bank name.

  • Sign in to the bank website. 

  • Proceed to relate the bank account with the Quickbooks account. 

  • Click connect.
