Lordaeron Warmane Review The Good and the Bad of the Biggest Private WotLK Server

The majority (if not all) server reviews are paid for. This is not something you can hide from. You can also test it yourself by messaging other content creators to find out their rates:

This video feels like commercial for Molten (now called "Warmane") to me.

"But what is the deal with criticisms? "Surely this is an objective assessment?

One of the fundamental rules of advertising is that it shouldn't look like advertising. Are you familiar with those full-page ads in magazines that kinda look like real articles but it takes just a few seconds to realize that they're not? The same concept applies everywhere else too. People don't like to feel that they're being marketed to, and one of the best ways to accomplish this is to add some "criticism" of the product (not too much of course).

However, I dont claim to be able to prove that Dodgykebab works for Molten. I have a basic understanding of WoW's advertising and WoW's private scene and once you know this you'll be able to make educated guesses.

PS: Lordaeron is a great community. If you care about it, and you ought to, then you may be interested in giving it another go. Molten with their past of incompetence and unethical behavior, as well as treating their players as garbage isn't worthy of it. But here we are.
