Brooklinn Khoury Dog Attack Incident
Through an instagram post, Brooklinn Khoury shared that she faced a very horrible incident on 3rd November 2020. It was one of the worst things that happened to her in her life. Brooklinn was also planning to film her first television commercial just when she was attacked by a dog in her face. Brooklinn Khoury on Instagram revealed how she was attacked by a pitbull in the face. She shared about her surgery process with her followers and said that she will keep her followers updated about her medical journey.She also shared a picture of her in a hospital bed with a teddy bear and wrote:
“Trying to type out what to say has been very difficult. Sometimes we don't know why things happen to us. I can't wrap my head around why this is happening to me but I know God has a greater plan, I just can't see it now. On November 3rd I was severely attacked in the face by a pit Bull, my whole top lip and edges of my nose are completely ripped off. It's crazy how your life can change so dramatically in the split of a second. I'm trying to stay as positive as I can about this whole situation, but I will be honest I am scared about my future, or if I'll ever be able to smile again or eat normally. This is the beginning of a long journey to recovery. I hate asking for anything but It would mean the world if you would pray for me. Please remember to hug someone you love today.”
And then exactly after one year she shared an instagram post and wrote about her journey that made her realize a lot of new things.
She wrote: “Exactly one year ago today my life changed completely. This attack has taught me to truly love myself inside and out regardless of what people have to say. It taught me that society puts high standards on beauty, but the reality is that everyone is beautiful in their own way. It has taught me patience with the way people have reacted towards my story. It has taught me to love, even when I didn't feel it from others. It has shown me how precious life is. I will never take that for granted. Thank you all for your continued support on this journey and don't forget to hug someone you love today.”
