Mexican food is a favourite in my household. Additionally, my kids adore cheese quesadillas. An abundance of cheese sprinkled on top of a flour tortilla that has been pan-fried in butter for a crisp, golden exterior. My kids love these cheese quesadillas that I frequently cook for them, especially when I add some sour cream on Top Markham Indian Restaurants.
I add some chicken along with some sauteed bell peppers and onion to the cheese quesadilla to give it a bit more flavour. This is more akin to a chicken quesadilla prepared in the style of a fajita, with the addition of cheese, chicken, and sauteed bell peppers and onions.

It's so much fun to make your own quesadilla. This is what I prepare for family quesadilla night. We all get to enjoy this family time, which I like to refer to as bonding time, because I let everyone build their own quesadilla.
These cheese quesadillas are a huge hit with my kids. I either serve these as a quick appetiser or carry them for lunch. Quick to prepare and quite filling. How I make cheese quesadillas is as follows:
Any size flour tortillas (big, medium, or little), some melted butter, and any type of shredded cheese are acceptable. However, feel free to use any cheese of your preference. My kids enjoy Mexican blend or cheddar cheese.
Griddle or skillet on medium-high heat. Put some melted butter or oil in the skillet to grease it. A flour tortilla should be put in the skillet.
A thick coating of cheese covers the tortilla's upper half. Cook the tortilla until golden brown on the other side, about 2-3 minutes.
Apply a thin layer of oil to the tortilla's surface, carefully flip the quesadilla over, and cook until golden. Continue with the rest of the quesadillas.
Serve the quesadilla with a dab of sour cream after cutting it into wedges. Enjoy!!

Thinner chicken pieces cook more quickly when used for chicken breasts. Cut two big chicken breasts in half horizontally, then divide each half into two halves to create eight pieces.
Combine all of the dry seasoning ingredients in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly before adding olive oil.
Chicken should be added to the seasoning mixture, then thoroughly seasoned on both sides. Place the chicken aside for ten to fifteen minutes.
Bell peppers and onions should be sliced into thin strips. Set it apart.

Activate Saute Mode (more). You should add a spoonful of oil when it says "HOT." Add the bell peppers and onion slices, and cook for two to three minutes. Add little pepper and salt for seasoning. Remove the bell pepper and onion from the skillet and set them aside.
Oil is added in a tablespoon. For two to three minutes on each side, sear the chicken. Avoid packing the pot too full; stir in portions. Chicken should be taken out and set aside. Add the last of the chicken parts to complete with Best Indian food.
It's important to know that once we pressure cook the chicken, it will be fully done. To get a lovely crust and enhance the quesadilla's flavour, just sear it.
Deglaze the pan with chicken broth. Re-add chicken that has been seared to the pot.
OFFSET saute mode. Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook (high) for 8 minutes with the vent in the sealed position.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for about 5 minutes, and then manually remove the remaining pressure. Remove the chicken pieces by lifting the cover.
