Everything we know about Diablo 4 gameplay and release date

At BlizzCon 2019, Blizzard Entertainment announced Diablo 4. The latest installment in the series promises to be the best Diablo game yet, and to back up that promise, Blizzard has shared the first gameplay footage of Diablo 4.

The first gameplay change players can expect is that Diablo 4 is an open-world game. The game will not have a linear storyline, but rather nearly 150 dungeons and locations for players to explore.

It's the same world, but no two players will have the same Diablo 4 experience. The game includes robust character customization, allowing players to create their dream character with five playable classes. Barbarian, Witch, Druid, Rogue and Necromancer.

Players will encounter fortresses, enemy territories that players must reclaim and turn into friendly towns. To do this, players will sometimes need the help of their friends. The game will have full crossplay between consoles and PC and a multiplayer or couch option for those who want to play together in one place.

According to the developers, the goal is for players to create communities around Diablo 4. The game also has a PVP option, but being the best comes at a price. Top performing players will be marked and become a literal target for other players. And to gain large advantages in the game, diablo 4 gold and items are also recommended to buy.

The developers are committed to expanding the universe in the coming years, adding new content to the game, such as local events. These events appear in-game, players can engage in them or just keep walking.

When is Diablo 4 coming out? Here is the release date

In November 2022, Diablo 4 is expected to release in 2023. Blizzard has yet to confirm the exact date. Given the ambition of a Diablo 4 title, the game is expected to release late in 2023. Anything before summer 2023 seems unlikely.
