Hardware In Loop Simulation From Digilogic Systems

Digilogic Systems’ Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation (HILS) solution is designed for performance evaluation and functional verification of integrated airborne RF systems. It supports laboratory testing, environmental tests, and acts as a checkout system during flight trials.

Built on an open-architecture, COTS-based platform, the HILS system is compact, lightweight, and easily transportable. It generates real-time, field-like signals, including noise and interference, enabling realistic system validation with minimal manual intervention.

The system interfaces with Units Under Test (UUTs) using standard avionics protocols such as MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC 429, and AFDX, and also provides in-house capabilities for testing, training, and validation.
