Thanks for tuning in again. Greetings and welcome to my blog, Kayla. So I had another healthy meal. The following are five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead for breakfast.

Currently, I have two other videos. During this meal. As part of the Prep series, I've shared my five prep-ahead breakfast recipes, as well as my five prep-ahead lunch recipes. If you haven't seen those playlists, here's a link to that playlist, and please note that all recipes in this series are 100% gluten-free.

There will be a lot of paleo-friendly recipes, and plenty of carb-free and ketogenic ones as well. We'll get right started. Here is a recipe for my blueberry muffin protein smoothie.

This one is paleo, low carb and low calorie. In order to make this shake, you will need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, high-quality protein powder, and almond butter. I'm going to use one of my favorite proteins today.

With this bulletproof collagen protein, you will get a vanilla flavor, as well as a low carb sweetener mixed in. If your protein powder does not have this, then you might want to add something like stevia to the low carb smoothies.

Add all your ingredients to a blender and you'll blend it until it's extra smooth. That's all it takes. Now,if you want to keep this smoothie in the refrigerator for a few days, add a teaspoon or two of fresh lemon juice and you're good to go. Next is our green matcha smoothie.

Adding avocado and removing the banana makes this paleo, but you can also make it low-carb by leaving it out altogether. That's it. What you will need are unsweetened almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. On my blog, you can print off all of these recipes. Here's a link to one of my favorites in the description box below.

Yes, it is. The matcha powder will really help to boost your capital in the next smoothie. Are you energizing cacao? Smoothie made with low-carb, paleo-friendly ingredients. You'll need unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil, coconut oil, avocado, hemp seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

My favorite reason for adding coconut oil or MCT oil to my smoothies is because these medium chain fatty acids may aid in fat burning. Increase brainpower and energy. Thisit's also great to drink if you're craving chocolate,I enjoy drinking this smoothie for snacks, especially if I'm up for a tasty smoothie and then moving on to the next.

You will make my matcha beet smoothie to boost your energy. There is a paleo-friendly version of this. Almond milk, a beet banana, flaxseed, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are the necessary ingredients.

It's your call if you don't like beets. Besides the banana making it taste delicious, the nutritional benefits of beets are just too excellent to ignore beets contain a powerful antioxidant called beta-simon, which gives them their color.

It helps to eliminate toxins from the liver and fatty deposits from the bloodstream, and a healthy metabolism means optimal fat loss, which is something we all recognize, and I really think you should try it.

Make sure to try this smoothie as you'll be pleasantly surprised. The last recipe I'd like to recommend is a fat-burning turmeric smoothie. The tumeric in this recipe is low carb and paleo, but be sure to start slowly with it since it is very strong.

Unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger are all necessary. Both turmeric and ginger can assist in boosting metabolism, cleansing the body and reducing inflammation.

Smoothies like this one are my favorites. It is fantastic for reducing bloating and inflammation after overeating the day before. You should start very slowly when using ginger and turmeric if you are not used to them.

So we're done with today's video, five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead. Please let me know what you think about any of these recipes if you decide to try them. I would love it if you are enjoying this meal prep series so far.

Hey, I thought I would share my experiences with a diet called the smoothie diet. The diet has started. During my second pregnancy, over 70 pounds had been gained so I tried several other ways to lose weight without success.

My diet at the time was just too hard, or I was hungry all the time and wasn't as happy as I should have been. So I came across the smoothie diet, which is so easy to follow. Smoothies, which taste amazing, are simply substituted for certain meals.
