Thanks for watching my channel. I'm back with something new. Kayla, a new member here, welcome. Therefore, I ate another healthy meal. The video below will show you five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead.

Two more videos are already on my channel. I am enjoying this meal. My five make-ahead breakfast recipes and five make-ahead lunch recipes are part of my Prep series. If you haven't seen them, I'll link them below for you and don't forget that we will always be providing 100% gluten-free recipes in this series.

Many of them will also be low carb, low sugar, and keto-friendly. Right, let's get to work. Here is a recipe for my blueberry muffin protein smoothie.

Then here's one that is low carb, paleo and low fat. Among the items you are going to need are unsweetened, almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground, chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder and almond butter. And in terms of protein, today I will be using one of my favorites.

I was trying the bulletproof collagen protein with vanilla, so I added some low-carb sweetener to it. For low carb smoothies, you may need to add something like stevia if your protein powder doesn't contain that.

If you want to sweeten it up a bit, go ahead and add all your ingredients to your blender after which you will blend until it's extra smooth. Now,to keep this smoothie fresh for a few days in the refrigerator,just add a bit of fresh lemon juice. Next up, my lean green matcha smoothie.

Paleo right now, but it can also be made low-carb by removing the banana and adding more avocado. Here it is. What you will need are unsweetened almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

Don't forget to blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth. There will all be recipes for you to print off on my blog. That's gonna be in the description box below and I'm leaving you a link to this one too.

As it is. This super energizing smoothie is infused with matcha powder that will increase your capitalism. Do I have energizing cacao? Smoothie that's low in carbs, paleo and low in sugar. To prepare this recipe, you'll need unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

Because medium chain, fatty acids can boost fat consumption, I often add MCT oil to my smoothies. Increase brainpower and energy. Thisif you are craving chocolate,I've been known to drink this smoothie during the afternoon as well,particularly if I need a pick-me-up before going to the next one.

My energizing matcha beet smoothie will be made this evening. There's no dairy or gluten in this one. For this recipe you'll need unsweetened almond milk, a banana, flax oil, hemp seeds, protein powder and matcha powder.

If you're not a fan of beets, then you 'Ll just have to trust me on this. Banana makes it taste delicious, and beetroot's nutritional benefits are just too good to skip out on - they contain an antioxidant called beta-simon.

The liver can be cleansed of toxins, as well as fatty deposits in the bloodstream. We know that a healthy metabolism equals an optimal rate of fat burning, so I strongly suggest taking part in such a program.

You will be thoroughly impressed with the taste of this smoothie, so definitely give it a try. Let me share my fat-burning tumeric smoothie with you. Here we have another low-carb, paleo-friendly recipe, but it is intense so be sure to start slowly.

A blender, unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger are needed. Turmeric and ginger are very powerful spices which have been found to promote metabolism, cleanse the body, and reduce inflammation.


This smoothie is my favorite. It is fantastic for reducing bloating and inflammation after overeating the day before. Nevertheless, you want to start slow, especially if you're not used to the taste of ginger and turmeric.

Hello, I would like to share my experience using a diet called the smoothie diet. My diet began. My weight had risen more than 70 pounds total throughout two pregnancies, and I tried many ways to lose it, but nothing seemed to work.

I had a hard time leading a normal life because everything was so hard or I was always hungry and very cranky so I came across the smoothie diet, which is so easy to follow. Making the smoothies is basically about replacing certain meals with them. They taste amazing and are easy to make.
