In QuickBooks Online Backup Advanced, you can save online backups of your account data. Backups save everything on your map of accounts. You can record automatic QuickBooks Online Backup, do one- time manual backups, and indeed save clones to DropBox or Google Drive. Then is how to set everything up and restore your data you can always step back to where you need to be.

 

 Step 1 Turn on automatic backups

 

 Connect to the Online Provisory and Restore app from your QuickBooks Advanced company.

 

·         Subscribe in to the QuickBooks Online Backup Advanced company you want to back up as an admin.

·         Go to Settings ⚙ and also elect Back up company.

·         Select Add a Company.

·         Elect the company you want to connect to.

·         Follow the onscreen way to connect to the app.

·         Once your company is connected, elect Enable backup.

Save a one- time manual backup

1.       Subscribe in to the QuickBooks Online Backup Advanced company you want to back up as an admin.

2.       Go to Settings ⚙ and also elect Back up company.

3.       Elect Provisory from the menu.

4.       Select New Manual Provisory.

5.       Elect the company you want to manually coagulate

6.       From the Provisory Type dropdown , elect Incremental, Full, or Complete. Note The Incremental option only saves changes since your last QuickBooks Online Backup. Full saves your fiscal data. Complete saves everything, including your company data.

7.       Select Request backup.

Save and record backups to DropBox or Google

 

You can also save backups to DropBox or Google Drive. First, link your accounts to set everything up .

·         Subscribe in to the QuickBooks Online Advanced company you want to back up as an admin.

·         Go to Settings ⚙ and also elect Back up company.

·         Elect Original Provisory from the menu.

·         Select Link a Service.

·         Elect Link Google Drive or Link DropBox.

·         Follow the way to allow QuickBooks to produce the backups.

 Now you can save a backup to DropBox or Google

 

1.       Elect Original Provisory from the menu.

2.       Elect New Original Provisory Schedule.

3.       In the Company field, elect the company you want to coagulate.

4.       In the Frequence field, elect Once to save a single backup now. You can also elect Monthly, Weekly, or Daily to record automatic backups.

5.       In the Service section, elect Dropbox or Google.

6.       When you are ready, elect Produce Original Provisory Schedule.

Step 3 Restore your account data

 

When you restore data, the Online Provisory and Restore app can restore your data from a specific time or date.

 

1.       Subscribe in to the QuickBooks Online Backup Advanced company you want to back up as an admin.

2.       Go to Settings ⚙ and also elect Back up company.

3.       Select Restore from the menu.

4.       Elect New Restore.

5.       In the Company dropdown , elect the company you want to overwrite and restore account data to.

6.       In the Restore to dropdown , elect the time and date you want to restore to.

7.       When you are ready, elect Produce Restore. Also elect Restore to confirm.

It takes about 5-10 twinkles to restore your data. Depending on the quantum of data, it can take up to an hour.
